We had an issue with the AC/fan not working for our stay, left a message with the front desk and it was not addressed. Had to purchase a fan at Walmart in order to cool our room down. Pool area was clean and worked well for our young kids. It is on the smaller size. No hot tub was a bummer."

Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out."
