"Hotel would have been ok, it was your normal everyday average hotel. Not super clean or new but not disgusting. Looked like it would have been a good breakfast included except we had to catch a flight before breakfast started so can’t say for sure. Was a large area for it with even a kids play area and small game room. However, one of the main reasons I picked this motel, besides its proximity to the airport, was for its pool and hot tub. Upon check in they informed us the pool and hot tub were having maintenance done and weren’t available. Very annoying."

"The staff was amazing. However, our room wasnt booked even though we booked through expedia and it showed up in their system. Our room also had an issue with the plumbing. The front panel beneath the bathroom sink fell off and almost broke my toe. Then the pipes under the sink werent connected and water pooled out. Luckily my husband is a plumber and was able to fix it. "

"My husband went downstairs at midnight because the people next to us were partying so loud. Finally at 12:45 they stopped so we asked for a new room change or else we weren’t gonna stay there another night. Most hotels to stay at at least give you a free continental breakfast. I think 1495 a person for breakfast is ridiculous. Most of the room looked clean though in the bathroom you can really tell that it wasn’t cleaned that well. The floor was dirty. The woodwork was dirty. very disappointed in the name of this hotel that the experience we had wasn’t good at all."

"The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable."

"Unfortunately our stay from Thurs to Monday was overall disappointing. Our room had several problems: hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was misaligned so difficult to open/close, drain in tub/shower was clogged, electrical outlets on bedside didn't work. The hot tub water was visibly dirty with particles looking like skin, pool water very cloudy. Only positive was employee let me use her own personal hairdryer on the weekend...."

"Had to lift the toilet tank cover to flush toilet. Had to use own phone to call the desk. No dial tone on in-house phone. Otherwise, it was great for my one night stay. Also, shuttle service to the airpirt was splendid."
