"The Resort is 3 Star NOT 4 Star. The Resort is run down and dated. The rooms are also very dated and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was covered in previous occupants debris with food droppings and other things. The windows were covered with dirt and hadn't been cleaned for months. The Resort won't clean the room unless you insist and all they do is empty the rubbish bin and change the towels. The towels though were stained. The excuse they give for not cleaning is they are 'saving the...

"It would be really good to be able to get wifi in the rooms, particularly as there was very little free-to-air TV available. Would also be nice to have a few more light dinner options."

"Good value for money. Very convenient location with shopping centres including eateries both behind and across the road and a big RSL at the edge of the carpark at the rear. The kitchenette is well equipped with most things that you could need and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy at times with traffic but if you want convenience, good service and value for money, this is it. Unfortunately we did not find the mattress comfortable at all as it was too hard. The...

"Could not fault our stay here, would highly recommend. We had a studio queen & it was very spacious, clean with tasteful colour scheme. Staff were friendly & professional. Meals at the hotel were great & definitely good value for what you got."

"Very satisfied with our stay here in one of the Studio Units, would definitely stay here again."

"Fine mobilehomes"

"Nice tidy unit, pub next door good for a meal"

"Great accommodation! We were a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Super clean and great location. Close to the esplanade, Woolworths and whale watching departure. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"Everything was clean and tidy. Car park a bit small for larger vehicles, over all very nice."

"The staff were fantastic. The morning complimenantary breakfast was also very nice."

"The room was very large. With two separate bedrooms."

"Nice room with everything we needed."
