Perfect for our first visit to London. The property was clean and well kept, located in a safe neighborhood, and quiet at night. It suited us perfectly. Iāll absolutely stay at a Numa property again the next time Iām in Europe

Rooms were cramped with many stains on the carpets, and smelled old and musty despite being a newer hotel. Despite emailing the hotel many times to confirm the breakfast buffet would be able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and allergies, and receiving confirmation it would, when we arrived we found there were no options available for gluten free or lactose free at the breakfast buffet which we paid for in advance. Food and beverages were constantly running out during breakfast which became an ongoing joke amongst the guests, and the hotel was understaffed meaning people had to wait a long time for food. The outdoor garden was a nice feature, however on multiple occasions it was booked for private events so it was unavailable to guests. It felt like they were still figuring out the operations.

The location was excellent- within walking distance of the main attractions of the city but located in a quiet neighborhood. The Tate Gallery is a 5 minute walk away and it's just steps from the Victoria Embankment which makes a nice walk along the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable and the hot breakfast was a great start to the day. My wife and I would stay again.

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Bedding, bath, toilet and sink were clean. Carpet was sticky and there were lots of dust and webs in every corner.
