"Very noisy especially at night. Loads of street noise & we were on the 15th floor. Beds were not comfortable. Had sore neck & back the whole week were there. Otherwise it was a good hotel but if you want a good sleep maybe try something further away from The French Quarter "

"The gentleman that checked me in was very hospitable but the room itself was a mess, water was on the desk half gone with some in a plastic cup also half gone. Pillow cases were dingy where I had to put my sweatshirt over it. Floor was dirty. I checked out that same day. "

"From check in to quick bites to room service, everything about the Westin was top notch! Perfect area in French Quarter to walk around!"

"The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. "

"The hotel was clean and property was nice but we had room 1 and the noise from the office AC was very loud. The room needed a chair that was comfortable, a 2nd luggage rack and a second nightstand. The pool was ice cold and not usable. The hotel was very convenient location but lacked a few things"

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."
