"The room we had was great a met our needs perfectly. The hallway was under construction which had noticeable noise during the day (nothing in the evenings). The only really frustrating part was all of my stuff said check-in was 4pm…but at 4pm no door code came (and turned out the room wasn’t completely ready at 4pm)…had to call in and found out check-in was 5pm?!??…that was the first I had heard of 5pm. Thankfully we did get in a little before 5pm and just made it for our dinner reservation in Banff (would not have been rushed if the 4pm I had planned things around was accurate). All in all it didn’t affect our overall stay but it was a frustrating start to the trip. "
