"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities. Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing. "Our six night-stay was delightful. The lodge is superb. Access to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is a 10-minute walk away. Our room was delightful with a grand view of valleys and mountains and tropical plants on the property. We ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge restuarant. Breakfast was outstanding, and the dinner menu was extensive. Every dinner was delicious and expertly prepared."
