"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage"

"Staff is very attentive and dealt fast and professionally with a medical situation. Property is overall in good shape, but some details need improvement like screen doors on balconies. Be aware there is no elevator. Would stay again at this property."

"Pros: The room was very clean, as well as the property. A great place to stay when planning for an early flight. Shuttle services to the airport as well. Price was good for the area. Cons: Room lighting was a bit odd. The bathroom light was tied to the vanity (outside the bathroom). So if you have someone with you that wants to continue resting while you shower, you blast the room with super bright light, sleep not happening! The shuttle services need tuning. Arranged and confirmed services for a 0420 ride the night prior. Showed up at 0417 luggage in-hand and shuttle had left already. Desk rep stated we were not on the list and insisted was done incorrectly. He stated he called the driver to request they return, but they were full. When they returned 30 mins later they were still full. I looked at the shuttle reservation list and our info was there black and white, clerk overlooked it. "

"The room was clean enough but the property did not appear as in pictures. Furniture was worn out, pool area had the basics but just looked old. "

"What a wonderful stay! Red Horse BnB is charming, comfortable, and peaceful. It’s like staying at your favorite relative’s house, but with better amenities and service. Darlene and Phil truly make their guests feel like family. And the location offers convenient access to I-25. I was attending an event at Isleta Resort, and it only took me 15 minutes to drive there. Downtown and the Sunport are equally convenient. My room was very comfortable (great bed!) and Darlene’s breakfasts are delicious. The grounds are spacious and peaceful. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here if you have any reason to be in the South Valley or points nearby."
