"It's hard to imagine a more perfect location for a hotel, right in front of Jogyesa and with direct access to Insadong. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of Jogyesa from above! Staff was helpful and spoke very good English. The only thing I didn't love was breakfast, as most of the supposedly warm food was kind of cold, and the rice at the bibimbap station (which I otherwise enjoyed) was a bit sticky and overcooked compared to other places we stayed. It wouldn't stop me from booking it again, though, and it would be irrelevant to anyone who prefers more Western breakfast options! "

"Property and room was very clean. Laundry facilities were excellent and convenient as well as the complimentary self ironing equipment. The breakfast was excellent and very delicious."

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean but certain things were not working (in-room safe) and the light units in the bathroom and room were hanging off the wall. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all supposedly non-smoking. Note that any damaged to room - including blocked toilet - would need to be covered by guest’s insurance or credit card. It’s important you inform the hotel as soon as possible after you check in."

"Good location (very convenient if you're arriving at or departing from Seoul Station), clean, quiet, comfortable bed and room, good breakfast even though it gets extremely crowded if you don't avoid peak times. Staff was helpful and spoke excellent English."

"Great location. Able to walk to most main attractions. Easy walk to Seoul Train Station. House keeping was nice. The lady that check us in was dismissive and uninterested. Other than her, other employees seemed friendly. Just a note, the “free beverage” is a take out small coffee or tea” and is not available until after 11am!?"
