"Upon arrival we were directed to the 3rd floor to check in. Front desk staff was pleasant but nothing extra. Our room was pretty basic, appeared clean until I pulled back the covers and saw there was someone’s hair on the bed. We didn’t check in until late in the day so I was too tired to go and ask got another room. The location is what brought me here, Haeundae Beach is right across the street. "The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan."
