"From the smiling, friendly staff, to the spacious, clean and quiet room, we were so happy with everything. Definitely was a perfect place to stop after a long day of driving. If we are driving through again, we will definitely come back!"

"We loved the home. Host was quick to respond to any needs we had. They even dropped off a crock pot for us to use during our stay. They set up a meet and greet for my two sons to pet one of their Hyland cows and run with some chickens. The pool was clean and warm a blast to splash around in. The only real complaint we had were the beds and pillows were too soft for us and the massage chair bruised our tailbones where the cushion is missing. Overall we loved the seclusion and the home set up. The jacuzzi tub in the master helped me relax and my sons enjoyed swimming in it. My favorite part was being able to start the day with a cup of coffee and walking barefoot around the house to watch the cows and take in the serenity of the area. We plan on returning the next time we visit Kansas city. :)"

"All communication with the host was polite, prompt, and clear. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked, including filtered water for the coffee makers and a good variety of herbs and spices, as well as a toaster and dishwasher. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer available! Check out was simple. Using the TV was simple. The toilet and shower both had good pressure, and there were plenty of towels. The property itself is nice for an old building. There are some imperfections here and there, but I found the place extremely charming and wasn't bothered by any of that. We had a wonderful time while we were here and might return next year!"
