"Just wow, wow, wow! Everything about this property was amazing! Perfect location if you want to enjoy Palm Coast or St. Augustine. Publix is right across the street and Bronx Pizza and other restaurant is a 3 minute walk. Beds were comfy and the furniture inside and outside was perfectly appointed to give you the sense of costal luxury and cozy! The sunsets on the porch deck or sitting on the boat dock are unbelievable . We went for a quick weekend trip and needed some relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! Plenty of games that we had a great time playing with the kids watching sail boats go by. If you want to curl up with a book there is plenty of reading material. The hosts are very responsive and the whole process was very easy! We didn’t want to leave and definitely will be going back. The only thing that would make this oasis better is a jacuzzi or a Lilly pad that could be tied to the dock for swimming and sunbathing. "

"This home is beautiful!! We had a wonderful family vacation enjoying the pool, the amazing water view, and loved being inside in the comfortable home just as well. The kitchen was very well stocked for those that enjoy cooking. We would love to come back to this home in the future. "
"The property is beautiful but photos needs to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the posted pictures on Vrrbo. Hasn't been mowed, weed eated, or mulched in who knows when. Had to wash 2 of the beddings in the bunk room after check in because they were dirty and had a roach crawling across one of the pillows. I am originally from FL, so I know there may be some bugs if someone is not living in a residence full time. Check in was a breeze, host messaged back right away and even sent cleaners to the property with 30mins. The washer needs to be replaced. It does not spin out the water. So frustrating when you have 10 people for a week. Advertised as 5 bikes to use, only 1 was not broken. The can opener also was broken. I suggest a manual one. We had to use a knife to open a can. Also put a new bulb in the fridge. This place has great potential, just needs a little TLC. The pool was great. I absolutely loved the window that opened to the pool. We did enjoy ourselves but the washer was the worst part."
