"Though the property is older, it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are easily accessed with door codes rather than cards that are easily lost or may malfunction. The beds are clean and comfortable. The rooms are well situated with a full view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon!"

"Over all had a great stay. 8th floor air conditioners had condensation draining onto the balcony, No coffee pot but had the coffee and condiments. Staff was friendly and courtious. I would definitely stay again. Third year in row staying here for air show and vaction."

"I love that we were able to stay in a townhouse during our stay. Truly felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen, dining room, balcony, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace. We had a beautiful view of the lake. And were only 15-20 min from Busch Gardens. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family"

"Hotel staff was fantastic. 2 out of the 3 elevators were working, and this caused long waiting periods to get upstairs and downstairs. Ordered food from the restaurant, and nobody called to tell us it was ready resulting in soggy food. Not cool for what we paid. Hallways were dirty, but the rooms were ok; smaller than expected though. Furniture could stand to be updated as it was visibly damaged and falling apart. Some of the dresser drawers would hardly close. The batteries were dead in the safe. Aside from all of the above, we truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone we spoke with that worked at the hotel was fantastic and helpful. The location is great, and we were able to enjoy music from the restaurant below on our balcony. We had fun watching people get up early to get a morning surf in as well as watch the sun rise; truly spectacular. Pool was REALLY chlorinated, but we had a great time regardless. Awesome shower water pressure. We will definitely stay here again."

"Our room was clean and the view was amazing. Was disappointed that they are advertised as being dog friendly but still charge for emotional support animals with appropriate paperwork and they required an extra cost to clean due to the type of room."
