"We had a group of 7 adults and we have stayed at another VRBO luxury home in Hawaii, but this one was exceptional. The location on the ocean was a huge feature that made this home unique and special. In addition the kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were modern and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was surprisingly fun after a hot day of activities. The location of the house near Koloa Town is really convenient for grocery stores, shopping and dining. The Beach House restaurant is right down the street with a beautiful sunset view of the ocean. The only difficulty we had was the front door lock on the house was broken. The property managers sent someone out to fix it, but it never worked. We had to lock it from the inside and exit out the back. For this price range we shouldn't have to invent ways to enter and exit the home. The locks should work."

"The house was great. The beds were comfortable as were the furniture inside the house and out. The house was very well appointed with all of the things a traveler might need. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils that you need to cook at home (we did a few times). Appliances were all new and in good shape. We were really impressed with the outdoor sitting spaces. I believe between the front, back and upstairs there was sufficient seating for almost 50 people. Views were fantastic of the sunset and the surf especially while relaxing in the upstairs hammocks. Really enjoyed the salt pool out back as well as all of the beach equipment the (towels, chairs, umbrellas) house had. We would come back!"

"This property is amazing. The house was clean and has a perfect set up. The spa and pool are beautiful. It's in a gorgeous area and the beaches are a quick 5 minute drive. There is a room with a large tv and seating which our kids loved. My only criticism isthat there are no other tv's in the home. The kitchen was wonderful and really clean. We appreciated that because not all rentals are that way. We loved our week in Kauai and would come back again to this house!"

"Gorgeous view of the bay and golf course with the sound of the crashing waves! Kitchen well stocked and the location was nice. Sunrise from one side of the house and could see the sunset from the beach a few steps away. Traditional Hawaiian house with gorgeous palm trees which we loved plus having AC on the first floor living area and downstairs bedrooms was a plus. Also extra fans available if needed. Nice washer and dryer. Need to bring your own detergent. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella a nice plus. Also Enjoyed having a table and chairs under the covered patio. Only concern: Would recommend putting a blackout blind in the windows of the first floor bedrooms as they are sheer and the house next door left the flood lights on all night. Also a light shines very bright at the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!"
