"A free drink instead of room service is an excellent idea. Guests really don’t need room service every day if staying multiple nights and, if so minded, can fold the ends of their toilet paper into little triangles themselves! "

An electric radiator could have been put in the room to preheat it and courtesy tea/coffee provided as it was cold and snow forecast. We felt there should have been someone experienced managing the situation. Therefore we decided to cancel annd leave after waiting for three hours. "
