"35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. "

"This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. My girl and I enjoyed going to tea at The Cake Bake shop. We had plans to do more but the house was such a cozy environment we ended up staying in. We sat outside on the deck talking and hung out in the hot tub. It was really nice. "

"Great property. Fun lobby and nice bar. Fantastic staff. It was just very loud HVAC noise in my room. Other than that, it was pretty awesome. "

"Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Also, the TV did not work at all in our room. One of the hotel employees came up to the room and thought he could fix it but he could not so we had no TV either. For the amount of money spent on this room, I feel it should have been in working order and guest should not be required to walk up and down three flights of stairs to get to their room. Other than that, my day was fine and the staff was friendly. Thank you."
