"My stay was AMAZING! It was so nice that I extended my stay. Ricardo from the front desk checked us in. He was very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay in the same place. The staff was professional, respectful, and very helpful. They made sure that you received the best treatment. They all went above and beyond and these are some of the names that I will share. unfortunately, I did not get everyone's name. Special shout out to the staff at the international dining!!! Pedro, William, & Marvin. Sandy, & Jose Manuel from the bar in the Select side by the pool AMAZING. Buffet, bar, drinks, & entertainment was very good. No complaints. See you guys soon!! ❤️🌴🙏"

"The reservation process for the restaurants was frustrating. They only accepted reservations 2 days in advance. But as soon as I was within the reservation window, they were no longer accepting reservations. We were there for 10 days and never got a chance to sample the restaurants. Just the buffet. Which was not very good."
