"The staff was great and super friendly! The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. "When I saw the glass covering the front desk I knew it was a poor choice the hallway was dim and no circulating ac. My room was hot and I turned on ac and it was noisey. I then noticed the 2 locks on the door and door was loose. I then went to desk and politely asked for a refund. He said I could have another room and I stated I did NOT feel safe staying there and he would not return my money. I said that is fine and stopped payment on my card.
