However, Nicolas did not even wait a few minutes before making a new online reservation for another night. The customer service was catastrophic."

"Nothing good to say. It was very run down shower tap coming away from wall no hot water ,floor was wet in main area. painted tiles which was peeling away. Pillows were flat . It was a no smoking and it smelt of stale cigarette smoke "
