"The breakfast is very delicious, it is the perfect location to stay at given its proximity to underground rail and a Don Quixote. SHINSAKEI has so many food stalls open until very late! This makes this property a wonderful location. Rooms are VERY spacious and accommodated my party of 5 comfortably."

"At check-in we had a very bad experience. We were extremely tired and just wanted to rest, but we were told that the room we had booked was not available because the previous guest had extended their stay. We were told we might get a room on a lower floor the next day if it becomes available. The staff had very limited English, and the whole process took almost 2 hours, which was very frustrating especially late at night. We did not receive the room we originally booked and had to change rooms the next day to finally get the one we had reserved (higher floor with a view). On the positive side, once settled, the hotel itself was clean, the superior room size was good and comfortable, and the location was great—around 10 minutes walking to Dotonbori. The city view from the higher floor was beautiful and enjoyable. The room had a nice bathtub with hot water, and overall the stay became pleasant after the initial issue. However, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were not working and could not be used during our stay. Overall, mixed experience: very disappointing and stressful check-in process, but good room, clean hotel, and great location afterward. "

"I really can’t recommend this place after they denied me a bottle of water after staying there few days with separate reservation. Japan is great and interesting but the ppl who running this place is nasty. Cheap. And doesn’t deserve any attention. The restaurant i never eat there after last time i went in the morning and there was no food to eat. What a japanese cuisine ! Thanks to orbitz who saved me from that place !"

"Definitely a good place to stay, right next to namba station and a few blocks to Dotonbori. Recommend, might be a little small for a family of around 4. Otherwise really good, clean nothing to worry about at this hotel."
