Great clean rooms, spacious with 2 bathrooms with comfortable mattresses. Local attractions is 1 train station away and not really walkable. No really traditional front desk or food options at the hotel. Overall great stay.

The room size and enormous bed are rare to see in Japan! We were extremely satisfied and could experience both the vibrancy of Japan's main streets and the tranquility of its quiet neighborhoods. I visited with my friends and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the room was really comfortable and pleasant. We walked from Metro Station, which wasn't too far. I'd recommend downloading WhatsApp since you can communicate with them through the app without having to go to the reception.

Uh Suite was an amazing stay. Close to convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions. Very clean and well kept building. Nice and friendly staff. But, it was the Hotel Manager that made they stay exceptional!! Very helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Even for our next destination. I would highly recommend staying here to my closest friends, family and those reading this review. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Osaka!

I visited Osaka for the first time with three friends, and we were extremely satisfied. Our style is to visit without a plan and ask the front desk for information. They provided us with a lot of information and introduced us to delicious restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was more spacious than we expected, and we had no regrets about choosing this hotel. The best part was that when we asked how to get to the hotel, as it was our first visit, they provided a shuttle from Namba Station. I think this was revolutionary. I felt truly welcomed and could enjoy my trip happily. The surrounding area was a quiet residential neighborhood, which really made us feel like we were traveling in Japan. If you walk a little further, you reach the main street, which has a completely different atmosphere. It was a very satisfying trip. Thank you to our friends at the front desk. I will definitely come back.

Amazing place

Amazing place to stay in the centre of Namba, Osaka. Clean and comfy. Room size was enough for 3-6 people. If anything, I wanted to them to have a sponge or brush to wash dishes and cutlery.

Apartment is just 5 minutes walk to train station. Surrounded by mini mart’s & supermarket. Front desk staff are friendly. Yhun the manager is helpful too. Tap in aptm is loose though. Dusty and cleanliness definitely can be improved a lot. But layout and functionality n furniture are all good. I always spot their cleaning staff fooling in the empty apartments

大人2人、小学生2人の4人で宿泊しました。まず、とても綺麗！広い！シャワー室、トイレ２つはありがたかったです。洗面所も2箇所で二つずつ設置で1人一つずつ使えるので助かりました！ハンドソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは同じメーカーで統一されていてとても良い香りでした。間接照明もオシャレでした。コンセントもたくさんあったので困らなかったです。 受付の人も韓国の方かな？優しい男の人でした。駐車場は受付は敷地内に停めて受付後に隣のコインPに停めました。 床はベッドの部屋のみカーペットなので朝は少し冷えましたがスリッパ履けば問題ないです。ロールスクリーンを開けたら向かい側の人がベランダに立ってたので開ける時は丸見えになります。子供も広くて楽しめたみたいです。素泊まりで突発で見つけたホテルでしたが本当おすすめしたいです！スーパー、コンビニあるので困らなかったです。ありがとうございました！

4인 가족이 한방에서 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 욕실 2개, 화장실 2개가 각각 분리되어있는 점도 너무 편했습니다. 2층침대 2개 있는 방이었는데, 객 침대의 아래와 위 각층마다 2명이 잘수 있을정도로 넓었습니다.

車で到着し、チェックイン手続きの間はホテル前のスペースに駐車できます。 一泊のみの宿泊ということで、そのホテル前のスペースに無料で車を置かせていただけました。大変助かりました。 フロントスタッフさんの対応もとても親切でした。 今までは、スタッフのおられない民泊施設を使っていましたが、こちらは無駄なパスコード等なく、カードキー（1枚）で出入りでき、とても便利でした。 スタッフさんが常駐しておられる時間は、チェックインの15時～22時・チェックアウトの11時頃でしたが、22時以降の出入りもできました。 お部屋は文句なしです。この値段でこんなお部屋に泊まれるのかと驚きました。 501に宿泊しましたが、部屋は１フロアに１室のようで、隣を気にせずゆっくりと滞在できました。 トイレ・お風呂（湯船なし）が入口付近と、ベッドルーム奥にそれぞれ２箇所あり、４人の宿泊でもストレスなく使えました。 タオル人数分・歯ブラシ・ドライヤー・シャンプー等は備え付けでありました。女性の方は、くしなどは持参されても良いかと思います。 キッチン回りも一通り備品が揃っておりました。 なんせスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。 これからも、リピートさせていただきます。
