"Lovely hotel and staff. Week days were quieter as our time clashed with a wedding on the Saturday combined with a group of young lads having a get together (Stag?). It did impact on the ambience, peacefulness and relaxation just was not the same as the stag party used the pool and wedding the veranda where we were all relaxing in the sun."

"We like the room with rhe seaview. To watch the sunset and just to enjoy the fresh air was a joy to remember. The staff were friendly and helpful. Yes some furnishings in the room were dated and may need updating but the current decor was reflecrive of its former glory. Overall I like the hotels art deco features. Great breakfast selection and excellent location."

"Great staff from the get go and even better with parking, the room was large with plenty of space and air conditioning which was wonderful with the current heat. We had to ask for extra towels and they came promptly and were still warm from the dryer which was great. Will definitely be coming again!"

"From check in to check out the staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. Lovely pool and gym & bar area. Rooms were clean and comfortable but need a little refresher & some updating, but it's an old building. Breakfast was pretty good apart from a cremated sausage & few minor issues. Overall a good selection of items to help yourself from plus a menu choice for cooked breakfast including kippers! Excellent hash browns! 😁"

"The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot when we stayed and there was no aircon in the room, however they did provide fans to provide some comfort. The Breakfast was excellent."
