"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. "Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "
