"Stayed here to attend a meeting. Best thing was the breakfast - nice options including bacon, sausage, and delicious egg bites. Coffee available all day. The room included a refrigerator, dishwasher. A little sad that I wasn't staying longer."

"Room smelt horrible and wad disgusting."

"Amazing staff!! The lady who works the breakfast was so kind and thoughtful of my son and i. We were late to breakfast but she helped us have a nice breakfast:)"

"Overall, we had a good stay; however, the shower stall in our suite was very poorly designed and it was impossible to take a shower without the leakage completely soaking the bath mat! Since we were only staying for 2 nights, maid service wasn’t provided, so I asked the front desk for clean towels & a fresh bathmat. They provided them promptly and they were even warm! I would stay again."

"If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!"

"Always stay here now."

"Front desk was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not ready so they gave us a different room. Room was comfortable, gym was nice. Many options for breakfast."

"The front desk staff Joanne was extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I went to check in. She made me feel uncomfortable and like they would call the authorities if my dog made a single noise. She needs training on how to treat customers. I have traveled to other best westerns with my pet before and she ruined my weekend making me paranoid to leave my dog in her crate in the room for any amount of time. Mind you other dogs were barking too, yet she came at me with aggression while...

"Housekeeping was horrible Only 1 elevator working"

"We have been coming for many years, unfortunately the breakfast and the evening apps and drinks have gone down in quality. We still come as still a good deal in the folly location, just sad to see that the amenities aren't what they used to be."

"I had a Terrible experience with this hotel in the bathroom was dirty towels on the shower area, fresh blood on the sheets and all over the bed , I told the front desk, she told me I need to wait to next day because she is not a housekeeper. I ask for the supervisor and they gave us small sheets for two persons and I had to change my self, but they didn’t gave me pillows cover and it was bloody too,I had a terrible night I don’t recommend this hotel at all."

"great"

"Excellent"

"Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...
