"The family room was very small for an actual family. Two beds, but really one bed and am uncomfortable sofa bed. Not much room to move around and chill once they were both up. Also everything was bit tired and dated. Marks on the wall, the blinds and the door was very very chipped. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was fab. Shame that the opening and closing hours of the pool are restricted for children. "

"Couple of gripes first. Why no plug sockets near the mirror? Two plug sockets were situated behind the big mirror which was nigh on impossible to get to. Had to lift the big mirror out of the way to get to it to plug my appliance. Also at £134 for a night - why only Nescafé sachets for coffee. Basic! Asked staff if they had any coffee bags - no. Was advised that Sainsbury’s was only round the corner if I needed to buy any. Room was ok, small double, bed was very comfy. Bit noisy as the bed was opposite the door, so could hear other people’s doors slamming. Didn’t wake us up though. The hotel itself is really beautiful and slap bang next to the railway station and a short walk into the city centre shops. "

"Very comfortable stay. It’s 15 to 25 minutes drive from city centre but I would recommend taking the bus which picks up at property entrance. Good breakfast and parking. "

"The receptionist was very friendly and even insisted on carrying my bag to the room. He showed me the room and asked if I needed else. The room was small and comfortable, just what I needed for an overnight stay in Leeds. Plenty of parking spaces and a variety of places to eat and drink near by. My second time of staying here, would definitely come back again. Thank you."

"Lovely little cottage with two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Lovely and clean place with some nice classy touches.Well equipped kitchen and there is a supermarket less than five mins away.The convenience of being right next to the train station is great, as long as you don’t mind the trains passing, as it can on occasions be quite noisy.Being a cottage it has some ceilings, mainly leading to the kitchen, (the bedrooms are fine) which didn’t bother us being 5ft 5 inches, and there is plenty of signage to stop taller folk banging their heads."

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."
