"I have to say , WOW! Both me and my husband enjoyed our stay so much at the Dakota . We originally booked a king room for our last two days to relax before our flight . After our first night , though the room was stunning , but we decided we wanted to indulge. I went down to reception where Brooke helped us , and organized a suite for the remainder of our stay . They allowed us to relax in our previous room until the suite was ready , which was before normal check in time (3pm) . Bringing us into the room shortly after 12pm. If you go to this hotel , I highly recommend upgrading . Though the entry level rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable , the suites are truly an experience. Every need is met before you even have to ask , and the staff were incredible . During our stay in Scotland we visited 4 hotels , and this was by far the best hospitality we received. The champagne service is such a lovely touch as well ! It was the most relaxed and calm we’ve been during our entire trip . Thank you so much to the entire Dakota staff (especially Brooke and David ) for making it truly amazing . We will definitely be back !"

"The room was nice but unfortunately in room4 you get the noise from what I can only assume to be the kitchen fan, goes off around 11pm and back on at 6am for the breakfast. So as long as you stay up late and want to get up early choose room4"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Bo’Ness and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Ken made us feel incredibly welcome by greeting us in person and showing us around the property, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.Throughout our stay, he checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having basic groceries stocked for us on arrival.The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located for exploring the area. Bo’Ness is a charming place, and this stay made it even more special.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.
