"Wha a fabulous concept! A historic court converted into an aparthotel, right in downtown Linlithgow. Our unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well appointed, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The property is well located and there is free and secure parking on site. The breakfast basket was generous and much appreciated! For a town so close to Edinburgh, the rates are very reasonable. It took us less than 20 minutes to drive to the airport! Congratulations...

"Free shuttle to the airport which is also very close by. Restaurant is good but prices to do not include VAT or service charge so you meal will be 30% more than you may have been expecting. Room was spacious, almost luxuriously so, no effort made to provide a pleasant outdoor space. Staff are very nice!"

"Check in was easy. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. However, the room floors were very dirty. The room smelled like heavy smoke, and a little musty, Especially in the bathroom. There was also an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell but it made it worse. The restaurant looks nice, clean, and presentable, but the food was average and the staff were not very attentive. Overall, not bad for a middle of the road hotel, and has potential to be nice. It just didn’t quite deliver anything over average."

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Bo’Ness and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Ken made us feel incredibly welcome by greeting us in person and showing us around the property, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.Throughout our stay, he checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having basic groceries stocked for us on arrival.The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located for exploring the area. Bo’Ness is a charming place, and this stay made it even more special.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!"
