"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall staff was helpful. They scammed on getting taxi to Airport from hotel for early morning flight. They told me night before 80 soles and they charged 80 usd at the time of checkout which is roughly 278 soles."

"Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave on an early morning excursion at 5:00 am. "

Service was excellent, although very annoying that front desk called us at 9:20 to tell us breakfast was ending at 10, and we were planning to skip it to sleep in! Two-minute walk to main plaza and street with lots of restaurants. Minimal breakfast buffet. No fridge. Would absolutely stay here again."
