"We had an excellent stay at the Bear's Den! The house was spectacular and more than our expectation. We loved the "bear-themed" designs and decors throughout the house. The surrounding area was beautiful too! A great place to enjoy with your friends and family."

"Lovely mountain home with plenty of room for our family of 10. Loved all the outside decks and seating and the little screened in porch. The grill was nice but not very clean when we used it. The kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs den was wonderful as well as the game area and hot tub downstairs. The parking area was a challenge though. We had 4 cars which was the max, but it was really hard to get in and out. Overall a really nice vacation home. Owners were responsive the 2 times we had to text. "

"We stayed here for a weekend in the area. We went to a concert in Charlottesville on Saturday night and this was a great, quiet location for us to get to the concert and also enjoy a few places along 151. We enjoyed our stay, though it was a rainy weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the property or the many trails on the property as I had hoped. Great accommodations if you don't mind the bed on the lower level and the bath up. We didn't have an issue with that and the owners are very upfront about that detail. They were very responsive and the details about the property are spot on. Thanks! "
