"German cockeroaches in room. A/C was poor, couldn't keep up. Elevators broke on use, had to use stairs. Room door lock kept jamming. Mini fridge frosted over, didn't get colder than 46 degrees. Only half the lights in the room worked. Carpet was disgusting, wore shoes the whole time. Paid parking. No lighting outside hotel. Pool was tiny, hot tub drained years ago, pool chairs all old and had broken straps."

"I did not eat breakfast. I wasn’t told anything about that or where etc , finding parking was challenging, but there was enough spots to park. The Wi-Fi is horrible, the pool was good. I like the sand & the DJ, I stayed there once I don’t think I need to go back there, but I would recommend because it’s right in the middle of I DRIVE, Rooms were clean, the shower was ok - There is a microwave in a fridge, the beds were fine. The pillows were great. The TV worked."

"I hate everything about this place. It's not what it says on the website we went there for a three night trip we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. All the amenities were closed. No access to pools. No access to the door to the pools. Gates are locked front desk telling you different different things every time you call them .I'll never go back to this place. I hate it. They close the main doors to access the Adult pool and they want you to walk around the building where all the garbage stinks. Disgusting when you ask them questions they have something to cover their behind. Nobody's owning up to anything there is no parking please there is no parking you have to stay and wait for a trolley or a bus to take you to your building . It's so frustrating. From Desk will tell you OK will send the trolley then I call another day. They said no no trolley will come. They never sent out a trolley. You have to wait for a bus every time they have a different story to tell the hallway is nasty dirty filthy."

"The balcony was only a one foot step out of the worst view even everything is under construction and I had to travel to a whole other tower each time to go swimming not to mention the room smelled like smoke. I thought I was going to be able to sit down on the balcony and watch traffic go by instead I couldn’t even pass by someone on the one foot step out. I think the room they gave us was for smokers or something for it to cost what they charged it wasn’t worth it for the room or inconvenience with our towers pool closed"
