"Here's your updated review: --- **★★★★★ Wonderful Stay at Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai!** We had a fantastic experience at the Jing A Shangri-La in Shanghai. The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location in Jing A was convenient for exploring the city, with great shopping and dining nearby. Breakfast was a great start to each day, and overall the whole stay felt relaxing and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay"

"Thank you for offering us a Wonderful stay. When I first checked in, the lady at the front desk is very friendly with a sunshine smile, I forgot her name, I remember that she is from Luzhou, Sichuan. When I checked out, the front desk manager is also very nice, I remember her Chinese name: Yan Yanan, very professional and down to earth. Whoever cleaned my room did a good job and very considerate, making me feel very comfortable. I had several meals on the 43rd floor, the whole crew did an amazing job, special thanks to Helen( manager), Yoki(not sure if I spelled her name correctly), Yvenet( not sure if I spell her name correctly), especially I want to say thank you so Sabrina, she is new, but she tried very hard to do a great job, offering my family an awesome time in Shanghai ."

"An exceptional hotel with an unbeatable central location close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, and having access to a self-service laundry facility was a massive bonus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shout-out to Mia at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!"
