"The room was super lovely and felt like I was in a film with its style and interior. Excellent location and places to eat. Highly recommended"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"Prompt check in, large and modern room. Huge bathroom"

"This was a great hotel to stay if needing to be near the airport. Lots around, good breakfast and the staff were so helpful! We asked for late check out which they easily helped us with. Quite new hotel/facilities and big rooms."

"Excelente hotel, hermoso y limpio"

"Big and clean room. No noise from the airport. Friendly staffs. Excellent breakfast."

"Good hotel"

"The property is old with elegance. Beautiful garden. Housekeeper was very helpful and efficient. Will be back."

"The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and tasty. Love the convenient of a regular airport shuttle to and from the airport where we were able to catch the metro/subway and ride the MagLev train. The hotel was also within walking distance to Shanghai Metro Line 2, which made it super convenient and easy to get to any where in Shanghai especially to Nanjing Rd (downtown Shanghai on the West side). The staff speak English (we've checked out a few other hotels in Shanghai and not all of...

"Had a great stay! New hotel excellent service all round. Near to the new Shanghai Grand Opera House. Gigisel, the young lady at reception is very helpful and professional."

"조용하고 직원들 친절합니다. 참조. 수영장은 수위가 너무낮고(턴 할때 무릅 땅에 닿음)질서 관리를 안해요. 아이들이 레일 관계없이 걍 장난치고 부딧치고 난리 남"

"Good overall experience, great to see a little convenience store, awesome shuttle to Disney."

"Rooms are spacious and clean, staff can understand and speak English. Breakfast buffet is more that what you get in North American hotel breakfast. We did not use laundry but the equipment seems good and saw it was working. Free shuttle from PVG we have huge check in luggage 2 per person for carry ons. Overall good place and value for last minute booking. Will book again if im back in Shanghai. We are family of 4."
