"Everything was as expected the staff were very accommodating at the time of check-in in placing me into a room, even though I had arrived before check-in time"

"Had issue with adjoining room. Guest was loud, obnoxious, and stayed up til 2:30am, keeping us up. When I called the front desk to complain, the guest argued with the receptionist. Nothing was done and we weren’t moved. We didn’t sleep well that night, our only night there! "

"Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. The bathroom was elegant but the smallest bathroom I have ever had at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is extremely well located to restaurants & cultural & sporting events"

"Easy, friendly check-in and out. Breakfast was wonderful, and my husband loved the mattress. Another plus was that there was a restaurant within walking distance, Firebird, which was wonderful too."
