Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough."

"The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. "Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much. Breakfast was decent, location is good, staff were friendly."

"Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything...
