On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"

"The place is getting renovated and the overall appearance and amenities have slipped a bit since my prior stays. The complementary brewed coffee in the lobby is no longer available and access is now only through the entrance on Samson Street. Staff were still great, as ever."
