"Dated facility. Lots of construction, which was not mentioned during reservation process. No ice on 4th floor. Late check in requirements were also not communicated. My reservation was removed, and had to wait 20 mins to get it reinstated after arriving in the early AM. Not the value I was expecting. "

"Close to the Amtrak train station and clean room with a comfortable bed. Not the most friendliest staff and the coffe shop in the lobby serves cold coffee!!! It was my second time staying there and the coffee is always cold!"

"Breakfast was good but seating took too long. Mohammed was excellent at arrival. Parking was ridiculously expensive and not explained beforehand."

"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split and, even on low fan with the temp set to 72, it was like an ice box inside. Overhead 5K lighting is terrible and feels so bad. These lights should never, ever, be used indoors. The water was not hot, the shower head, was lame and not adjustable, the sink and tub were small. The desk was absolutely TINY. While there is a kitchen, there were no supplies like paper towels, soap, dishwasher soap, a drying rack, a tea kettle, a toaster, or anything. We asked and they were not offered. The freezer did have an ice maker. The bed was nice. Good sheets and pillows and a softer mattress made that nice. We left a day early and were not offered any refund or even a thank you."

"Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags"
