"Staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained in general. The room was lovely, comfy bed, bathroom everything had you need. Downside was the heat in the room. It got so hot and stuffy that we had to open the balcony door (bear in mind the hotel is opposite a busy train station) and the air con unit, even when turned down as low as possible in temperature and up as high is possible in power, the only thing it did was make plenty of noise. Not the best night sleep as a result."
