"Brakfast was good. Cappuccino and the tea excellent. 9am is the worst time to be there. Too crowded and you may not have everything. The servers also get extremely busy and may not give you the attention as they usually do, understandably. They deserve A++ rating. "

We were even offered to go breakfast for the morning we left for airport since we had to leave early. We decided not to get it so not sure what it would consist of but, was nice to have that option. "Room is small. A Smeg fridge, tea kettle, & Nescafé machine in room. 👍 Shower is lovely except it doesn’t drain quick enough. Pillows. 👍 Pool is really a huge hot tube with only one spot where bubbles work. Gym looked nice. Great steam sauna. Breakfast is not included. Nice place but go to their actual website. We were way overcharged on Expedia."

"We loved this hotel, the staff was friendly and flexible, they let us check in earlier for a reasonable fee, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is good and walkable to many places of interest. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, A1 quality pastries and coffee!"

"Staff were friendly and always engaging and friendly. Only two minor draw backs, not enough steps into the pool, I'm 75 and needed help from mjy husband to get out. The second issue, we settled our bill the night before our departure so we could make a quick exit to make the airport in time with the protesters blocking roads. In the morning we wasn't allowed to drop the keys and go, and was told we still owed 18cents! After spending around 1.5k, 18 cents! Really? We'd settled the bill in our eyes and this did spoil our day and imagine of the hotel as petty, nit picking and small minded jobs worths. It also put pressure on our time tsble as the lady that was going to hrlp allowed others to be dealt with, hence jumping the queue. "
