"Ok hotel for short stays with a very average breakfast with same items everyday. No AC or fan in the rooms."

"Great location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but very comfortable. The restaurant and bar area was open and airy, which was nice. We were never rushed out. The breakfast buffet offered all the traditional English foods."

"Clean nice room. Loved the counter space in the room. Served food on main floor making it convenient when needed something to eat late at night. No ice/buckets in room or on each floor, but could get from check in when needed. Breakfast was plentiful, but not enough hot food. Would stay at this location again as it was a cute place convenient to many places if walking."

"Dated, run down a bit, walls thinner than paper, you will enjoy the neighbour's conversations as though they are standing beside you, privacy is non existent. The "king" bed will just be 2 beds pushed together, (don't pay extra for that!) no mattress pad or anything so there is a nice lump line down the middle, pretty uncomfortable. The softness of the mattress is comparable to plywood, the pillows as fluffy as a brick of cheese. The price we paid was more than the Hilton down the road, the non refundable rule is brilliant on thier part, they know once you arrive and realize its too late. Feels like a tourist trap, staff seem pretty friendly though. The area is close to everything, unfortunately in a rougher part of town but there is a convenience to it. If the price was cheap id have no complaints, charging $300/night is insane"

"Felt only negatives were showers and taps which turn off water every 10 seconds. Apparently this is to save water but there’s much better ways like maybe having it turn off for a minute after 3 mins of use. It ends up being super frustrating and you can hear others in your pod and those next door banging taps every 2 seconds to get water going. Have to pay for towels taken every day. Also there’s no pool table and the social area besides the bar is actually very small. Not super social hostel, not for younger vibe I would say. Overall the room, pods are clean and bathroom is reasonably clean. Note that it’s not the safest area outside of the hostel itself, walk towards direction of main city if going out. Hostel itself secure. "
