"A super pretty property, and a fun house. We liked it wasn’t in a very busy town but was still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We appreciate the property management went above and beyond with their goody bag and giving us supplies. My only issues where that the one king room didn’t have a bathroom anywhere close so that was kind of frustrating also we didn’t realize the double was down stairs in the basement next to the games that got loud and the foot steps overhead but we made it work. Also the house was pretty clean except for the downstairs bathroom had some of the black and pink mold and the drain was clogged so that was icky and I am kinda a germ freak so I didn’t want my baby bathing in there. All the walls needed cleaning and there was a broken cabinet door in the kitchen. But those were all little things, everything was really good and they gave us a lot of the essentials that we really appreciated especially cleaning stuff, firewood and their house guide also the trail map of the property was cool. "

"Overall stay was great. The house was beautiful inside and clean. Loved all the decorative accents on the walls. 5/5 stars Would love to stay there again.Some Nice to have: An air freshner spray in every bathroom which I'm sure the Host will take care of. They were very responsive on the chat. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here—we were looking for a mountain and nature getaway and this place checked every box. The house is adorable, so thoughtfully organized and decorated. We really appreciated the signs and labels everywhere, the stash of fun kids activities, the drawer of bathroom supplies, the books, and the safety items—so many thoughtful touches to make the stay pleasant and homey. Bedding was super clean and comfy. The property is gorgeous. We loved walking the trails and visiting the river and river beach. We had a few minor questions at check in and the host was responsive and helpful. Do be sure you have the lockbox code before you arrive!Note that both bathrooms are on the main floor and the three bedrooms are upstairs. This was no big deal for us, as the house is compact and the bathrooms are right by the stairs. We hope to be back soon! "

"Perfect “base camp” for our weekend at the New Hampshire Highland Games at Loon Mountain. Far enough from town to avoid the crowds, but close enough that we were able to get where we needed to be quickly. The house had enough room to spread out in the evenings, and all the kitchen supplies we needed for breakfast and dinner."

"Check in was easy. Declared our cats were with us and owner was able to send a link to pay fee without difficulty. House was very clean overall. Parking lot can have 4 cars snugly. Didn’t use the fire pit out front, spent a lot of time on the back porch by or in the jacuzzi. The structure is on top of a bluff over looking the river which was very pretty. Every unit appears to have a back porch with grill and jacuzzi. Leslie was a great host, very amenable and accommodating through the VRBO app. The internet went out and she was very helpful with trouble shooting. Will definitely stay here again when traveling with our cats. They even have a food and water bowl out for the fluffy guests and a small trash can outside with poo bags inside next to the door. Bed was comfortable and AC unit was in the bedroom. 4 bathroom towels provided so bring your own for rec purposes. "

"This home met all of our needs for a vacation rental in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It was a great size with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our party of 8 and allowed for plenty of space for down time enjoyment. The home is well stocked with kitchen items and linens/towels. It was home base for our plans which took us as far north as Jefferson and as far south as Salem as well as in between. We even found a nearby spot where we could swim in the Pemigewasset River! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! "

"A beautiful house on beautiful property. It’s a perfect house to relax at, and to use as a base. Mirror Lake is great to spend an afternoon, and it is only a quick drive to Lincoln. Grills and kitchen worked great for meals, sleeping arrangements are comfortable. Would happily return. "
