"Absolutely loved our stay here—we were looking for a mountain and nature getaway and this place checked every box. The house is adorable, so thoughtfully organized and decorated. We really appreciated the signs and labels everywhere, the stash of fun kids activities, the drawer of bathroom supplies, the books, and the safety items—so many thoughtful touches to make the stay pleasant and homey. Bedding was super clean and comfy. The property is gorgeous. We loved walking the trails and visiting the river and river beach. We had a few minor questions at check in and the host was responsive and helpful. Do be sure you have the lockbox code before you arrive!Note that both bathrooms are on the main floor and the three bedrooms are upstairs. This was no big deal for us, as the house is compact and the bathrooms are right by the stairs. We hope to be back soon! "

"This home met all of our needs for a vacation rental in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It was a great size with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our party of 8 and allowed for plenty of space for down time enjoyment. The home is well stocked with kitchen items and linens/towels. It was home base for our plans which took us as far north as Jefferson and as far south as Salem as well as in between. We even found a nearby spot where we could swim in the Pemigewasset River! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! "

Response to messages was prompt, directions were easy, 10 minutes away from Lincoln, beautiful views right on the Brook. This place never disappoints. Excellent service and experience."
