"Este hotel, Santa Elena, es solo para llegar a dormir y bañar, si es que tienen agua ya que no habia agua cuando queríamos tomar un baño. Esta en el centro de la ciudad, este es el mejor beneficio que tiene. No es un hotel para estar cómodo aunque seguro tiene mucho potencial por su arquitectura y solo les falta elevar su diseño. Si buscan algo super elegante la opción es Posada Hidalgo, ese hotel si que impresionara."

"The property and its grounds are beautiful. We loved the details in the room and the gardens. The service was very chaotic, however. There was no breakfast available during our stay, and the staff seemed unsure as to whether they had booked our taxi or not. This isn't a five star property, but nice for a stay in El Fuerte."
