"There was only 1 full water bottle and the conditioner was not refilled in the shower. The sliding door was installed on the wrong side of the shower stall. It forces you to enter and exit right in front of the toilet, the room we were in. Details matter. #622"

"The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. We had a small housekeeping issue upon arrival that was quickly corrected. The manager gave us a room credit to use at the restaurants and bars for the inconvenience. Don't miss taking a trip down the slide at the rooftop bar!"

"I stay in Savannah several times a year probably 10 or more. This is one of the regular places I like, but it does depend on the room. The TV service is not the greatest but then again it is a retro motel I like the RC cola and the moon pie when they have it that’s a nice touch. The donuts in the morning are fresh. The coffee is decent and the location is excellent. It is not the fanciest place in Savannah, but it’s a very nice option 4.1 stars."

"Overall our stay was rather comfortable. However, there were a few set backs. Although the king size bed was well padded for comfort it had a huge rolling dip in the middle. The sink in the bathroom had a drip. We had other family members staying as well and we noticed there double queen rooms came with microwaves. Our room Although slightly more expensive, it did not have a microwave yet clearly a space for it. Upon reviewing we thought there was a continental breakfast as they previously had . To our surprise with the new ownership this wonderful feature no longer exists. Just a small coffee bar. Lastly, I am an owner of a commercial building maintenance company and there are more than a few common areas which needed addressing by the housekeeping staff. If this establishment is interested in cleanliness they should reach out."
