Actually found a wonderful steak restaurant at Terrible's Casino and switched for our last 3 days there as Primm Valley was having some kind of updating (not sure exactly) of the rooms.

"I must make a mention of a female at the lobby who helped me for mobile check in ( name I don’t remember). What I did not like is even drinking water is not provided in the room. Even after paying a huge amount for one night stay, one should not get drinking water for free in the room??"

I did not stay and look around the other hotels. I know that the outlet has just a few stores in it now. Like I said too bad and sad to see it in this condition.
