They had a cappuccino machine and coffee and I would just sit there and it was so pretty great locations walk out the door and there’s all the little malls for Japan town. I love shopping in the little malls, it was so cute. There was so many cool stuff locations fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and nice. I’ll definitely stay there again. My son had stayed there before and that’s how he recommended to me. I came out for a visit. "

"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "
