"Good place to spend the night. Most items in the room were dusty. Figured the rooms were not used daily and the dust built up. Needs another trash can in the room. Needs some hand towels. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes only. Needs an extra pillow or bigger pillows. Beds are comfortable."

"Beautiful property on Kentucky Lake. Very secluded. Great Wifi. House had everything we needed. A/C went out in Loft above garage. Owner sent someone out immediately. We all enjoyed fishing, kayaking and paddle boat."

"Absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The home was clean and the beds were very cozy, soft and comfortable. I usually do not enjoy soft beds but this one was just perfect. We enjoyed the pond and did some catch and release very relaxing while enjoying time with their big doggy and watching all the animals enjoy the pond. Peaceful location and we do plan to return at some point. Lord Willing "

"Unfortunately stay was not good. The place was equipped with what we needed but it could be cleaner and more preventable. The pull out couch was the bed which was not in good shape and had a mice nest with babies in it . The owner did refund money quickly and i do realize thesenthings could happen but itnshould have been gone over and bettwr prepared before i got there. "

"The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke."

"When an issue arose with propane running out and only having electric fireplace for heat, reached out to host with no reply. Had to close doors to all rooms and sleep on couches in living room the second night. Not what we signed up for!"
