"Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues"

"2nd time staying here within 3 years, staff was friendly at the front desk, room was clean and the view was amazing looking over Ground Zero. We only stayed for one night this time. Would recommend to anyone. Also self parking just down the road. Cost about $100 for a day and a half but you can come and go to your vehicle as you please. A few bars in the area as well along with easy access to the subways. "

"I actually booked the room for the wrong day by my own mistake. I booked it for the following day and we needed the room TONIGHT! The hotel was so helpful, they helped fix my mistake. They never charged me anything extra. They were so gracious and helpful. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this location! "
