"Cute little motel that is older but nice. Nothing fancy but very clean, efficient and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to that area. I loved that the upright freezer in the lobby had small buckets of ice ready to use. Also a jar of dog treats for furry friends, although we did not have a pet with us. Just a nice touch that was sweet."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for eight of us. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make some of our meals to avoid eating out every meal. Beds were very comfortable. My grandsons really enjoyed the fishing - both from the dock and the pontoon. We enjoyed boat rides around the lake in the evenings. Close enough for day trips to many things we wanted to see - Tahquamenon Falls, Soo Locks, Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Whitefish Point, Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi, and Oswald’s Bear Ranch."

"The home was as the pictures show. It was comfortable and cozy. There was a great deck we enjoyed, beautiful flowers surround it. The house was close to Seney National Wildlife Refuge and the Lighthouses we wanted to see in Manistique. I would recommend this home."

"It's a very nice place to stay. It's an apartment at the back of a garage. The window A/C unit works well for controlling temperature and humidity. We like to cook our own meals and it had pretty much everything we needed. We did have to wash some of the dishes before using them. The blinds hadn't been dusted in a litttle bit. If you're particular about the mattress you sleep on, this place may not have your favorite bed, but it was sufficient for us. We didn't make use of the fire pit outside, but they had all the materials for having a fire and it was a nice setup.Overall it's a cozy place, and it's a great location for if you want to be equidistant from Tahquamenon and Munising."
