"Staff very helpful and accommodate your needs very politely. First time staying here and really enjoying the place and easy transportation to shopping."
"A nice friendly hostel with great staff. The hostel, rooms, common areas and bathrooms are clean. The bathroom is basic, but functional. There's a mosquito problem indoor, like much of Mumbai. It doesn't help that the doors to the room have holes drilled into them for ventilation. Lots of mosquitos in my room so bring insect repellent. Location is far from the main sights, so expect to use taxis a lot."
"Nice and clean hotel with very good staff. The area around the hotel was not clean. There is a good restaurant nearby that I recommend, the Blue Parrot. "
"The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with our queries. The hostel is in a nice location just a few minutes from Saket Metro station so easy to reach from the airport and to get around the city. Our room was spacious but I’d bring earplugs and an eye mask to block out the street noise and light in the morning. The common area on the rooftop was great and we enjoyed a nice meal with the staff and other guests here."
"Stayed a thing this property for 6 nights, very modern room with comfortable bed.bathtooms are spotless & had all the basic things such as soap shampoo toilet paper etc. they have a buffet breakfast which is really good. Best part is it is very near to the M block market which Ian a cool hangout place."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks! The staff at the spa and at the breakfast room was amazing! Sweet helpful and always with a smile on their faces! For sure I'll stay here again!"
"I have always found my visits over the years to the Eros Hotel in Delhi, first class in service, cleanliness, food and always get a good nights sleep.
Just a pity the Eros does not have a loyalty programme!

"An overnight stay en route to Jim Corbett tiger reserve. Room 101was fine, a nice size with all amenities. We had dinner and the food was excellent as was the service. As we were leaving early morning the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was a nice touch. Good value for money"
"It is a nice property but the staff are a let down.
There is no smile, even feels like they are being forced to work there.
Restaurant is very small and dinning options are very limited.
Room was clean and spacious.

"Excellent service! We stayed for 6 days. But maintenance is not great e.g, the towel rack in our bathroom fell and the fitness facility is poor, there was also a hole in my mattress. But we liked our stay cause of the staff"
