"The balcony and view was the only thing that lived up to expectations. Air conditioning didn’t work. Bedroom so small it was wall to wall bed. No room to even get in. Had to wait two days to get internet fixed. Parking was terrible. Not enough spaces because of construction. Needed many repairs…,,"

"The house is very inviting and comfortable. The beach area was amazing! The rocks leading to the beach are large and flat. We had the whole beach area to ourselves. People passed by walking but never stopped. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watch the sunrises and sunsets. We woke up many mornings and went on the beach to watch the sunrise. There are great chairs to sit in on the porch or on the beach and we had plenty of beach towels for everyone, there was 7 of us. There are water toys also. My Grandkids really enjoyed the boogie boards. The washer and dryer really came in handy for us. Kacey was so fast to answer any questions and resolve any minor issues we had, he went over and above taking care of everything. I so appreciated him being so quick answering me when I had questions. He was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend staying there and I would stay there again if we are blessed enough to go back. Thank you Kacey for everything. God Bless your family."

"We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. Instead, the “view” was a brick wall directly outside the window. That was disappointing and felt deceptive in how the room was presented online.The room was extremely hot and humid. With a 4:00 p.m. check-in, the room temperature should have at least been comfortable. Communication with property management was frustrating. We were repeatedly reminded that “other guests were fine with the accommodations,” which was not helpful or reassuring. We chose not to stay, and were in the room for less than five minutes. Initially, no refund was offered despite the conditions and concerns. The cleaning fee was eventually refunded only after reminding the property manager that cleaning services would not be necessary since we never used the room.Most disappointing was the overall lack of hospitality and care demonstrated throughout the interaction. For a property in Hawai‘i, we expected at least some sense of “Aloha spirit.” Warmth, understanding, and customer care were lacking.The experience fell well short of expectations due to misleading presentation, parking limitations, poor room conditions upon arrival, and dismissive communication from management."
