"This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again. "

"Everyone was nice and helpful. Room was great! Parking was convenient. Able to walk to our event in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The only down side was we waited an hour and a half to get out car once we had checked out. the valet was under staffed that day. My wife and I have stayed here before and we didn’t have this issue. plan ahead of time though. "

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."

"The 2 rooms I visited as well as my own had layers of dust on the bedside lamp. It then concerned me about the cleanliness of everything else. We ran out of tissues late at night and there wasn’t a back up box. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the parking and valet staff. "
