"Address provided was inaccurate. It was a complex of 9 units and no unit number was provided. I attempted to contact the host multiple times via phone call and text still after checking out still have not received a response. I contacted Stayz who didn’t have the unit number either. In the end had to go door to door searching for lockboxes and entering in the PIN code. The unit was presented clean will many amenities however for its location is definitely quite pricey. "

"Room 32 (Studio). An older budget hotel. Bar facilities and restaurant handy and reasonable. Appreciated the "Senior's" dinner. Room small and not in great condition with dirty windows, some flys & mossy's. Shower and bathroom fine and plenty of hot water. Hallways etc need an upgrade as does painting of walls and holes in doors etc. Continental cereal breakfast was appreciated. Would recommend larger outside room if booking."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable. The room was far below any standard — minimal facilities, uncomfortable, and utterly inadequate. The treatment I endured was nothing short of horrifying. I felt scared, humiliated, and entirely unwelcome throughout my entire stay. Despite my frustration, I kept quiet out of fear and sadness, but let me make this crystal clear: this is THE worst place I have ever stayed. Their blatant racism, disrespect, and complete lack of basic decency and professionalism are unforgivable. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially when paying for a service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. I also read other reviews, and it’s clear they dismiss negative feedback, respond with hostility, and even accuse guests of lying instead of taking responsibility and working to improve. Their attitude towards customers is shameful. They may respond to my review too, but I hope everyone understands what kind of place this is — one that preys on vulnerable guests and treats them with contempt. Stay far away."

"Room was clean and location was good. Pretty easy access to the motorway and where i needed to be. Only downside was arriving at 4pm the reception was already closed and you have to access through the pub area. Not knowing this i had all my luggage to carry through etc. "
