"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"

"A Great Stay for Families: We stayed in two connected rooms, which was perfect for our family of five. Having two bathrooms made things so much easier! The hotel even offered to add an extra bed next time so we can all fit comfortably. The beds and pillows were very cozy, and we slept great. Service and Food: Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. Since it was April, the main AC was set to heat, but we just opened the windows to let in a nice, cool breeze. The staff was very helpful, and the owner was incredibly kind. They even went out of their way to make us vegan meals. The front desk asked exactly what we liked, which was a wonderful touch. The cook is still learning, but the effort they made for our diet was amazing. Location and Value: The location is a bit of a workout! It’s a 10-minute walk to the bus and 20 minutes uphill to the metro, which is tough with suitcases. Next time, I’ll ask if they can provide a lift to the station. Despite the walk, the price is excellent for such high-quality rooms. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Every member of staff was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt safe. Food was great. Concierge was also great at making recommendations where to go. I was travelling solo and as a female sometimes I am cautious however it was a home away from home. Special thanks to Gamze at breakfast so attentive and recommended where to fix my broken nail. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asks where to stay in Taksim."

"The breakfast selection was amazing. The room was great however cleaning could've been better. Found the same dirty mugs when I got back in the evening. Overall staff was warm and helpful. Would recommend!!"
